Major: Music Artistic Education prepares conductors of music and choir ensembles, music teachers and promoters of music culture.

BA studies, Specialty: Conducting Music Ensembles last 6 semesters. Graduates obtain a BA title (licencjat), they are prepared for work with vocal and music ensembles and are qualified to teach at school.

  • conducting and vocal predispositiononline test (using the ZOOM app)
  • selected instrument – sending an audio-video recording

Scope of material

  • conducting and vocal predisposition test:
    • performing the prepared vocal piece (about 2 minutes)
    • presentation of manual predisposition – conducting the recording of “Gaude Mater Polonia” and Minuet from “Eine Kleine Nachtmusik” by W.A. Mozart (scores and mp3 recording can be downloaded from the website prepared by the University and available to candidates)
  • selected instrument: 
    • performing the prepared programme, consisting of two works:
      1. etude or Baroque piece,
      2. sonata allegro (movement of a sonata or concerto) or free piece.
